Tricuspid Regurgitation
6 year old FN Basset with a new finding of a grade 3/6 right sided murmur on routine check up. I think there is tricuspid regurgitation and right ventricular dilation, also mild mitral regurgitation.
CHF in an 11 year old MN Lab
35kg 10 yr old mn lab ret presented for decreased energy and appetite. PE showed tachycardia, grade I/IV cardiac murmur, ascites. CBC and chem profile were wnl. Rads showed cardiomegaly and ascites.
