This is an older lab on chronic carprofen for osteoarthritis. His recent blood tests showed mild anemia and hypoalbuminemia. Just yesterday he developed severe intermittent hematuria. Is the doppler convincing that this is a mass as opposed to clots? Thanks for looking. jas

Looks like adhered clots with twinkle artifact. Try us guided infusion of saline to break it up if its still there on follow up. If it doesnt break up then do a traum cath.
