So this is a geriatric cat with Gb, CBD, and lobar biliary calculi, ADR and minor ALT elevations and bili of 1.1. Classic stone mover. Color flow doppler helps identify the portal vein here and the cbd and pd don’t show color but that would be too easy:)
In the still image the long arrow points to the pancreatic duct (pd) which is dilated. The short arrow points to the CBD (common bile duct). Can you follow the tubes identifying the GB, cystic duct, common biue duct, and pancreatic duct to the level of the pd-cbd union and then duodenal papilla (d-pap)?
This identification process was one of the early excercises I forced upon myself in my early mobile years in 2001 to enter into “Big Boy Ultrasound” so thought it would be a fun excerise for the forum:)
Have fun and please don’t faint or go into hypnotic state by looking at the too many tubes clips too many times in a row:)

I had to slow the cine loops
I had to slow the cine loops down to follow them. If I am interpreting this correctly the pancreatic duct meets the CBD and that is where all the stone material and shadowing is occuring. Am I seeing this correctly? Is the last cine loop the c manuver you descibe in your normal DVD?

That last loop is the middle
That last loop is the middle of the C-loop.
yes correct on interpretation. Train your eyes/brain gradually to interpret at the speed of the clip over and over again….
