Yes we do but unfortunately
Yes we do but unfortunately we cant put it out there for everyone as there is a ton of work in our graphic design and formatting with trials and retials.
What we did was create a table of normals and place to add the patient values and 1-2 sentence describing out each chamber and structure as well as cardiac and extracadriac space descriptions.
Logo at top, with signalment and facilitty on the side bar in our template but most piut it at the top.
If you need help with descriptions of structures June Boon or similar echo books describe that out pretty well.
Thanks Eric! I understand
Thanks Eric! I understand perfectly! The echocardiographic one I’ve been very consistent with, but lately I’ve been receiving a lot of requests for thoracic ultrasound for general pulmonary evaluation, and I’ve never read a report to base myself on. I’m going to do one based on the book Focused ultrasound!
