Hello
I was hoping for an opinion on a stomach. I seem to have problems interpreting the stomach images. My last post was of carrots.
This is Jock a 9 year old Scottish Terrier who has not been well for 2 months. Throws up randomly, losing weight and painful abdomen. The bloodwork and the rest of the abdominal US were normal.

What I am seeing is a hypoechoic area that appears to be mural. It evaginates into the lumen but can be traced to the mucosa. It appears odd to me and I was hoping to get an opinion on whether it is significant or not. The stomach does give an overall thickened appearence as well. p.s. has not had carrots for 1 week.
Thanks. Brent.

To me this has the appearance
To me this has the appearance of a gastric polyp.
I think this dog should be scoped.
I agree on polyp and scope…
I agree on polyp and scope… likely a secondary sequelae to the primary issue such as food intollerance or helicobacter. Nothing alarming here structurally.
Thanks for the comments!
