Rabitt bladder

Sonopath Forum

This 6 year old rabbit has been pd/pu.  on radiograph a stone was not seen.  wanted your opinion on if there is a stone in this bladder or colon shadow.

Jeffrey can you load a video?

Jeffrey can you load a video? It looks like a stone to me but Rabbit bladders are very thin and stool very hard but if stool that shadowing structure should change to a chain of fecal balls on a probe twist of 45-90 degrees. It looks like the bladder wall dissappears which would suggest stone but again rabbit bladders are very thin

I can see the clip Jeff

I can see the clip Jeff and if you look closely you can see the bladder wall going over the fecal ball and they are lined up one after the otehr going beyond th ebladder. Anyone that has scanned a rabbit has had to think about this issue because the Ub wall is so thin. Just poop in this guy and he does it well like all rabbits do:)

I am having IT look into the reason it didnt load but we do use avi and the size was ok at 1.9 mb so dont see where it hung up but the IT guys will get to the bottom of it. Maybe a band width or browser thing. Using Explorer brwoser by chance as explorer does not like sonopath no matter what we do. Firefox and chrome are best.

Jeff IT look at this and

Jeff IT look at this and loaded fine on our end see its attached now. They decided it was likley a badnwidth issue if not using explorer. There is always a little delay while the file uploads depending on the band width and if really slow connection then it may take a numbe rof minutes depending on the file size
