Looks like a very small vsd
Looks like a very small vsd which alone wouldnt be an issue i think your spectral is just not lined up exactly as it should be in the 5 m/sec or above. Its so small a jet but the blue color doesnt make sense as the CF jet toard the probe should be red mainly in small vsd without eisenmenger in play yet. Lets see what peter says
