This is a 12 years old American Eskimo F/S that was diagnosed with pancreatitis . CPL was high, rest of bloodwork normal
On US left limb, body and right pancreas was hypoechoic with a cystic structure / duct on the right limb. No enlarged LN were seen, rest of Abd was normal.
I did try to FNA/aspirate with no succes. Only solid material was obtain. can this be a hypoechoic nodule? Cytology in house pending

Your second video looks like
Your second video looks like a focal dilation of the pancreatic duct. Sometimes cysts are nodules and you can’t know until you get a needle in them. Precise power doppler will help to see if there is vascularity to it before hand. Regardless a needle here is helpful and inflammatory cell type vs chronic changes that may or not be active.
