- 10 year old lab presented with swelling in right submandibular region, extends dorsally to ear and crosses midline ventrally
- Mouth exam unremarkable, not a stick chewer
- Swelling is pitting and now lip swollen due to suspect interruption in lymphatic drainage
- I am seeing cellulitis and what I think is an enlarged parotid salivary gland plus smaller lymph nodes
- I have aspirated these areas
- Can you make out what might be causing the swelling?
