I just recently bought another machine but up until recently I used a Fuji Fazone. It’s not a well known machine but produces beautiful images and is portable. The screen where the image appears is not touchscreen but the controls are all contained on a touchpad just below that screen. My earlier posts were all done on that machine if you want to see examples. Let me know if you have other questions.

I haven’t used the Mylab One yet but will try to get some images for you. Pls give me a couple of days.
As I understand, The Mylab One is more an on-site system (e.g. surgery, horse-tendons etc) as a part of the mylab Twice. I would probably not use it as standard machine in a practice or hospital. The fuji fazone is a completely different system and should probably rather be compared to the Logic E or Mylab Alpha in terms of application since it can be used on a trolley as a stationary system or as a fully equipped mobile system. The Alpha has a touch screen as well.

I bought my Fazone through Vetel Diagnostics. I had no problems with the transaction. I did find that they don’t have a lot of knowledgable staff if you’re trying to use any advanced functions, especially on the cardiac side. I had lots of questions about how to improve the cardiac work flow that I never got good answers for. When I did have issues with the machine though, they were prompt in addressing them.
The Fazone has beautiful images but its calculation functions on cardiac are very poorly done. You can get really good images on the cardiac side and the color flow is also great but continuous wave is not available. I really want to get more into cardiac imaging so that’s why I switched; I do have twinges of regret when I’m imaging abdomens though. I really miss using my Fazone for abdomens or superficial structures- I just don’t think the image quality of the Logiq E is as good and optimizing the image is much easier on the Fazone. The Logiq E was very useful for a case in which I was trying to quantify the gradient in a pulmonary hypertension case; however, those cases are few and far between.
Let me know if you have more questions. Hopefully, I’m not breaking any rules saying so here, but I plan to sell my Fazone, just haven’t gotten around to posting an ad yet. I would love to keep both but financially that would make no sense.

Thanks Suzanne. One of my goals is to become more proficient with cardiac, so I think I’d experience the same limitations with the fazone that you did… Thanks so much for all your thoughts!

Thanks Suzanne. I know that
Thanks Suzanne. I know that machine seems to come highly recommended on the Diagnostic Imaging board on VIN so I’ll look into it.
