Hello

This is Cocoa a 12 year old MN siamese who had an intestinal adenocarcinoma removed one year ago. Has done really well but has started to lose weight slightly. Vit B12 and Folate were abnormal. 

The US revealed a mass like structure in the mid abdomen just caudal to the Rt kidney. Seems to be at the level of the dorsal body wall. Could not see it directly associated with the bowel. Unsure if this would be expected as a mesenteric/omentum mass left behind from the anastamosis?

Not sure if this is artifact, insignficant or something to be concerned about. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks. Brent
