- 11 year old FN SBT presented with GI signs, hx pancreatitis
- Pleural effusion, abdominal effusion, long segment of thickened LI with loss of layering, round hypoechoic enlarged lymph nodes
- Pancreas was small and hyperechoic, adrenal glands were normal
- Also a very strange area mid abdomen which I think is enlarged lymph nodes with surrounding steatitis but I have never seen this picture before. Is this lymph node which is different to the other enlarged lymph nodes?
- Lymphoma or carcinoma?
