- 13 year old DSH presented with swollen abdomen
- Bloods severe neutrophilic leucocytosis (60,000), smear shows atypical cells, lymphocytes? some look like neutrophils?
- Fluid consistent with an exudate (protein 35, sg 1.035, no cytology)
- Liver mass present and nodular looking omentum with severe ascites
- Do you think this is lymphoma and what causes the large volume ascites?

nodular omentum and liver
nodular omentum and liver noduels wiht ascites would spell lymphomatosis/carcinomatosis sonographically.
