- 12 year old FN YST with ravenous appetite and weight loss, decreased albumin and moderatelty elevated liver enzymes
- I suspect a GI malabsorption and have advised an intestinal profile
- My query is regarding the liver changes. There is a large area mid liver of hyperechoic patchy parenchyma with some normal appearing liver left and right lateral to this. Would you classify this as a mass? Could this be significant? Owners are deciding on biopsy
- There was also a subtle splenic mass but did not appear aggressive
- Thanks again
