- 7 year old MN Staffordshire Bull Terrier with 2 year history of seizures (on phenobarbitone and potassium bromide)
- Recent history of GI upset and jaundice, pyrexia
- Not vaccinated – I am suspicious of leptospirosis causing a cholangiohepatitis but there were other abnormalities…..
- The liver has diffusely increased portal markings
- There is also pancreatitis present in my opinion with normal CBD
- The gallbladder is small and has a double layered appearance, is this significant?

- I would like an opinion on the cystic lesion on the right side of the liver, could this be an abscess or cystadenoma/adenocarcinoma?
- Thank you

Thats possibly and abscess
Thats possibly and abscess yes needs a needle. The second video looks like the cbd is dilated need to follow that to the d pap to see what is obstructing if mucoduct or other. The Gb is collapsed though and double layered like cholangitis. Lots of inflammation around the cbd.
