Um, maybe not? Moving through a sea of gray, black, and white I came across a familiar structure, I hope! I actually found it after obtaining a video clip while testing the functions on my clinic’s machine. I noticed it during the playback. I am hoping this is the ileocecal junction, but it may just be an empty stomach. Any comments are appreciated thanks!

Thank you Dr. Lindquist I was hoping for icj, but was a mite suspicious that it was as you said an empty stomach. It looked like the “wagon wheel” presentation of the icj that I have seen before, but no dice. Thanks for clarifying!

Hey Sonogirl,
I’ve found it helpful to find the ileum. If you find the ileum, which is fairly easy to find due to, as you said, that sort of “wagon wheel” appearance, you should be able to lengthen it out (unlike the stomach) and follow it to the ICCJ.
