Hello

This is a 9 year old cat. Just looking for opinions on whether this is an intussusception?

Thanks. Brent

Yes its a very early one…

Yes its a very early one… just 3/4 onion:) but ropey bowel and hypertrophied muscularis so you may be able to just reduce but get fiull thickness while there… IBD LSA MCT and DFIP all do this..

Here’s an intussusception from the basic search in the archive to compare

Thanks! I didnt give the whole story because I was short for time just leaving work!

The US was earlier in the day and we went to surgery and it wasen’t there. No evidence of it!

Thanks. Brent

maybe you had a curative

maybe you had a curative palpation technique?? 🙂

Anyway looks like a partial intussusception so may have been starting but corrected itself but the bowel is unhealthy for sure

Thanks so much.
