Intrahepatic shunt?

I would need Your help in this case please:

This is a one year old vizsla dog, which drinks a lot since his birth ( 5 liter per day). Since yesterday he vomits a lot, he is so week, that he barely can stand. He is also producing epileptic seizures.

His biochemistry revealed normal renal function, UA is within norm. limits. ALT is slightly elevated ( 130). Bile acids and ammoniak is pending.

Abdominal US: the liver appears really small- the stomach reaches the diaphragm on the left side, and a large intrahepatic vessel is seen near the diaphragm. V. cava/v. portea/aorta ratio look normal to me. The kidneys look also swollen to me… I haven’t diagnosed a shunt before, so this time I tried, but I am not sure. Please help me.

Thank You really much, and I wish You a Happy New Year!
