Splenic mast cell disease diagnosed on FNA in a 15 year old MN DSH cat
A 15-year-old MN DSH cat with a history of hyperglycemia and cardiomyopathy was presented for polyuria/polydipsia. The cat was bright, alert and responsive on physical exam.
