A 10-year-old FS Boston terrier was presented for evaluation of progressive coughing that had worsened over the last month. On physical examination grade IV/VI murmur and pulmonary crackles were present. Therapy with furosemide, Clavamox, Vetmedin, Enalapril, and aminophylline resulted in some improvement.
Lymphoma diagnosed on FNA of intrathoracic masses in a 4 year old MN ferret
A 4-year-old MN Ferret was presented to an emergency facility for respiratory distress. Radiographs showed cardiomegaly. The patient was treated with Lasix and aminophylline and referred for an echocardiogram.
