Gastric Mass

Sonopath Forum

15 yo MN Yorkshire Terrier presented for melena of two days duration.

Dog had prednisone responsive diarrhea that has been successfully controlled with every other day pred but recurrs if dose is reduced further. Has been doing well for over a year. Lab work is unremarkable and he is not yet anemic.

Is there anything here imagewise that would suggest what this may be? I doubt that the owner is going to go for surgery but we’ll see.
