Hi I would like some help in interpreting these images.  The patient is a 5 year old cat with large cell lymphoma of the gastric wall.  She was diagnosed by the vet school.  

I think I see effusion in the near field on the first clip, is this correct?  Also, the masses were noted as hypoechoic on the original ultrasound, but I am seeing a large mass effect cranial to the stomach that is heteroechoic.  Is this part of the mass?

I think the round 1 cm structure on the still image is a lymph node.  Could this be the gastric lymph node?  Thanks for any help!  jas

Undifferentiated gastric mass

Undifferentiated gastric mass on the left, fuzzy fat is inflammation, rounded irregular structure in the mid field is an infiltrated LN. Trace paraneoplastic effusion from inflammation or lymphatic congestion usually modified transudate pinkish yellow when tapped.
