Hi guys!
Just wondering if anyone has come across this before? This was an incidental finding in a 2 year old male desexed siamese cat. Ultrasound was requested because they could not find the crytorchid testicle.
It looked like a cystic structure within the bladder which changes position with the animal standing–> it floats! I forgot to take a video of the cat standing, the video posted is the patient on dorsal recumbency. Does anyone know what this is?
Thank you!

I’m pretty sure this is a mural cyst from separation of the mucosal layer as its continuous with the wall (arrow). Given the position being apical it would be logical to think its a urachal remnant but an odd one. I would resect it out if there are any recurrent uti issues.
