Creo is a 9 year old DSH F/S that was doagnosed on November with Gastrointestinal Lymphoma. At that time she had an obstructive pattern on a portion of her Ileum. Owners declined surgery so Leukeran and Prednisone was started. She did well for 2 months then she started to vomit and to lose weight. CBC results suggested bone marrow suppresion so we lower the dose of chemo. Now she is only on Leukeran 2 mg Q 48 hours and pepcid. I did a recheck US mainly to measure the intestinal wall and to see the musculosa to mucosa ratio; also found that CBD is distended aprox 3.5 mm. I know this can be seen in older cats but also the GB wall looks inflamed.
Q: would you start some Ursodiol and treat for possible cholangiohepatitis? or increase the chemo drugs for Lymphoma?

I’m not appreciatign an inflamed gb. The cbd is normal old cat cbd at 0.4 cm or so, the gb maintains its teardrop contour and no overdistention and no inflamed pericystic fat. Maybe a little thick but this is a common finding. The muscularis in uppoer duodenum is thick and some retained ingesta that has been thee for a while but I’m not seeing player pathology here in relation to the case.
