Left adrenal mass in a 13 year old FS DSH cat

A 13-year-old SF DSH cat was presented for evaluation of hypokalemia, anorexia, hindquarter ataxia, and a single seizure. Leukocytosis, neutrophilia, and elevated amylase were also present on bloodwork.

A 10-year-old NM Rhodesian Ridgeback was presented for evaluation of tenesmus and abnormal urination. CBC showed leukocytosis with neutrophilia and monocytosis. On urinalysis, specific gravity was normal (1.041) but hematuria and pyuria were present.

A 15-year-old MN West Highland White terrier dog was presented for evaluation of polydipsia, polyuria and possible bladder stones noted on radiographs. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were thrombocytosis, neutrophilia, and hyperalbuminemia. Urinalysis was not performed owing to financial constraints however an abdominal ultrasound prescription was approved.

Non-septic pancreatitis in a 13 year old FS Jack Russell Terrier

A 13-year-old SF Jack Russell Terrier dog was presented for evaluation of icterus and anorexia. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry included leukocytosis, elevated ALP (984), ALT (192), GGT (27), and bilirubin. The cPL was severely elevated (>1000).

A 14-year-old SF DSH was presented for evaluation of weight loss and vomiting. Abnormalities on CBC ands serum biochemistry were leukocytosis and elevated liver enzyme activity.

An 11-year-old SF Lhasa Apso was presented for evaluation of icterus and vomiting. Urinalysis revealed severe bilirubinuria. Abnormalities on CBC and serum biochemistry were leukocytosis, and elevated GGT and ALP activity, and total bilirubin. On survey radiographs splenomegaly and gas within the colon were evident.  

Egg Related Peritonitis in a 30 year old F macaw bird

The patient, a 30 year old female macaw, was presented for dyspnea and a distended abdomen. The patient is being treated with Baytril and Lasix. Abnormalities on blood work include: low AST, high creatinine kinase, elevated WBCs, and elevated protein. 

Mass of pancreas and duodenum creating post hepatic obstruction in a 17 year old FS DSH cat

A 17-year-old SF DSH with hypothyroidism was presented for evaluation of leukocytosis, hypoalbuminemia, and elevated ALP and ALT activity.
