Thoracic carcinomatosis

Outcome

The patient was humanely euthanized owing to poor prognosis.

Clinical Differential Diagnosis

Cardiac failure, neoplasia, pleuritis, FIP, chylous effusion-idiopathic.

Sampling

Pleurocentesis and cytospin revealed cytology consistent with carcinoma.
