DX

The radiographic examination of the thorax is within normal limits

Image Interpretation

Rads of the thorax – 

Superimposed with the soft tissue in between/dorsal to the spinous processes of T4/T5 two ovoid well defined small mineral opaque bodies are noted Mild to moderate spondylosis formation is noted at the ventral aspect of the vertebral endplates T3/T4 to T5/T6, T9/T10, T11/T12 and T12/T13.

Outcome

Incidental focal subcutaneous dystrophic mineralization
• Spondylosis deformans thoracic spine
No macromorphological evidence of a relevant pathology is noted.
