DX

There are signs of chronic airway disease such as allergic or infectious - viral or bacterial, less likely fungal or parasitic - bronchitis.

Image Interpretation

right lateral, left lateral and VD thorax – The course of the trachea
is normal. On one of the lateral views a redundant tracheal membrane is noted level
with the caudal neck which is an incidental finding. The lung parenchyma presents a moderate increase in visibility of the bronchial walls
with mild peribronchial cuffing. Several bronchi present mild cylindrical ectasis. There
are no signs of air trapping.

Outcome

Consider symptomatic treatment versus bronchoscopy with bronchoalveolar lavage.
Consider other pathology such as tracheitis/laryngitis, dynamic tracheal collapse as well
