This 7 year old FS Border Collie mixed dog presented with a history of intermittent lameness left hind for 1.5 years. Recently the owner believes the right hind is now starting to bother her. Rads from previous vet Dec 2014 showed mild inflammation of the fat pad of the left stifle. More lethargic recently, doesn’t get up much. Has been on Rimadyl.
Physical Exam: No cranial drawer during exam but very nervous
CBC/Chem: WNL; T4 wnl
U/A: USPG 1.041, pH 7.5, protein +2,RBCs 11-20/hpf, struvites 21-50/hpf
