A 5 cm mixed, uniformly hypoechoic lung mass was noted adjacent to the pulmonary artery consistent with lung sarcoma, necrosis or sarcoma. This is likely of lung origin or of lymph node origin. Appears to be isolated. Slight microcavitation was noted. |
