Right kidney was structurally unremarkable 7.16 cm. Left kidney measured 5.4 cm with dilated pelvis at 1 x 1.5 cm.

Left ureter was significantly dilated 0.96 cm. Left ureter bypassed the trigone and curved tortuously towards the proximal urethra. It appeared to entered either into the proximal urethra or erroneously into the trigone. Echogenic debris was noted within the ureter.

Outcome

Recommend referral for surgical intervention or interventional radiology with laser ablation through cystoscopy
