A 12-year-old FS Beagle dog with a history of gallbladder sludge seen on previous ultrasound was presented for vomiting for three days and stranguria. Physical examination was unremarkable. CBC showed mild leukocytosis, neutrophilia, and low MCV. On blood chemistry elevated ALP activity and hypercholesterolemia were documented.
