Sonographic Differential Diagnosis

Stage C1 valvular disease. Flail mitral valve and insufficiency. Left and right sided congestive heart failure. Pulmonic insufficiency consistent with pulmonary hypertension.

Flail mitral valve was noted and severe insufficiency. Ventricular function appeared hypercontractile yet overload was present. The right atrium was enlarged owing to tricuspid insufficiency. No neoplastic evidence was visualized here or into its extension of the right auricle.
