Image Interpretation

CT of the skull –

The tooth element 208 is absent and small gas bubbles are noted in the respective empty alveolar crests. The overlying soft tissues at this level present mild irregular margins. The nasal cavity presents the expected aerated spaces between thin & even conchae and turbinates with smooth mucosal lining. The nasal bones are within normal limits. The nasal passages are patent. There is no evidence of a mass lesion or rhinitis. The frontal sinuses are aerated and within normal limits.

Outcome

Current state after complete tooth extraction triad 208. If clinical signs persist consider rhinoscopy for further evaluation.
