CT of the head – The computed tomography of the head reveals a large soft tissue attenuating mass lesion occupying the entire left right nasal cavity including the nasal fundus and nasopharynx. causing complete obstruction of the nasal passage. The mass causes severe multifocal aggressive permeative osteolysis of the nasal, maxillary, frontal palatinal and vomer bone as well as the left bony orbita and invades the right nasal cavity, left frontal sinus and perforates onto the dorsum of the nose. Extensive nasal turbinate destruction as well as destruction and deviation of the nasal septum is noted. The cribriform plate is intact. The right frontal sinus as well as the right nasal cavity are filled with soft tissue attenuating, non-enhancing secretions.
