Concentric bladder mass. This is strongly suggestive of transitional cell carcinoma. This is not resectable.
The urinary bladder presented a 2.0 x 3.0 cm mass that encompassed the dorsal apical wall and encroached upon the trigone and cystourethral junction. This does not appear resectable owing to the trigonal involvement. Kissing lesions appeared to be present on the ventral wall near the cystourethral junction. The kidneys revealed normal size and structure.
