Cataract lens with thickened ciliary body and iris. Normal retina and normal posterior chamber. This situation was similar in both the right and left eye. The right eye did reveal a minor amount of debris in the post chamber. Likely extension of inflammation with proteinaceous material secondary to uveitis.
Both eyes were imaged in this patient. The posterior chamber and retina were intact. Both lenses were thickened and irregular. Ciliary bodies and iris were thickened and hypertrophied. This is likely secondary to cataracts. Assessment for uveitis would be recommended. There was no fluid accumulation or masses were noted. The right eye revealed minor debris in the post chamber, yet the retina was intact.
