Jejunal mass with emerging intussusception and obstructive pattern with small foreign body.
The distal small intestine revealed an infiltrative mass and partial intussusception with regional inflammation and a foreign structure that measured 1.45 cm prior to the mass. This created an obstructive pattern. The mass is likely the obstructive issue with secondary foreign matter present. Underlying mural disease was noted. The upper gastrointestinal tract was largely unremarkable with minor intestinal and gastric wall thickening.
