any antifreeze exposure?
any antifreeze exposure? Thats an interstitial nephrosis pattern and very bright I have seen this with antifreeze. …crystalluria? Needs Bx. I would say amyloid but in my experience amyloid kidneys do not get this bright.
The medullary rim shows mineralization which explains the proteinuria… BP elevated?

I think its been going on long enough and the dog is fairly BAR enough to rule out acute renal toxicity. Dog is hypertensive; systolic 190.

meant “antifreeze toxicity”
meant “antifreeze toxicity” not “acute renal toxicity,” although same thing I guess.
