- 9 year old Cocker x with symptoms of Cushings
- Had large right adrenal tumour which was invading vena cava removed by boarded surgeon. Histo carcinoma.
- Rescanned 3 months later for follow up and appears to have a right adrenal gland (arrowhead shape) with phrenicoabdominal vein crossing it IMO. There was mild reactivity and a small LN next to it. I am not sure if this is reactivity post surgery or metastases.
- The left adrenal gland which was tiny initially is now more normal in appearance.

- I will post videos later but has anyone seen regrowth of adrenal tissue? I am very confused by this…

Tumor regrowth is always
Tumor regrowth is always undifferentiated and has no real structure. I would assume the surgeon took the phrenic vein with the tumor. Will be interesting to see the images. Left adrenal hypertrophy or normalization is expected when the other gland is removed.
