This 5 years old cat presented for FUS, also had fever and responded well to treatment. Is this splenic mineralized nodule an incidental finding- dystrophic mineralization in your opinion? or should I follow up and possibly try to sample it ?

With the PUO, would recommend sampling as could be dealing with an abscess or granuloma with neoplasia less likely but still needs to be considered. Unlikely to be dealing with incidental dystrophic mineralization.
