Deimos is a 11 year old M/N GSP . At annual PE a small raised lump ( measured aprox 3.7 cm) was identified on the front left leg, cranial and below elbow. Mass is sensitive at palpation, however he is not limping.

FNA was nondiagnostic due to rbc’s contamination, however no MCT because exfoliate easy and no MCT cells seen… Bloodwork was completelly normal. This are the images that were taken at the time of FNA. Wondering if there are any references on different lumps/mases on MSK that I can access.
We are considering wedge biopsy versus excisional biopsy however if I can find anything to suggest benign I would preferr to monitor instead of sx.

I would core bx this if not
I would core bx this if not excise aggressively as it has aspects of fibrosarcoma that will not exfoliate well.
