This is a 12 year old DSH that came in for urinary tract U/S recheck to asess response to dissolution diet after a large urolith was diagnosed in the bladder. While checking the left kidney this structure “popped up”. I can see the adrenals and wondering if this is an aortic LN ? Significance? Would you say recheck in 6 weeks?
