Mass or Thrombus?

tHIS is a 10 year old cat with pancreatic carcinomatosis ( most likelly because owner declined biopsy/histo).

Wondering if the liver structure is a mass that is superimposed on portal or it’s actually a portal thrombus?

I’m guessing thrombus not

I’m guessing thrombus not picking up doppler and cancer creates a hypercoagulable state so thrombus makes the most sense.
