-6 month old kitten with acute severe vomiting even when treated with cerenia

-bloodwork normal

-U/S normal except for prominent colic nodes and nodule in area of the body of the pancreas.  

I am assuming the lesion in the body of the pancreas that is surounded by the hyperechoic mesentery is likely causing the clinical signs.  After doing the ultrasound, I am not suspicious of a foreign body anywhere else in the GI tract.  What differentials should I consider?
