comes due to sudden onset of PD, owners not sure she pees more or not

DO YOU SEE ANY ALTERATION IN PANCREAS? LT ADRENAL NORMAL SIZE BUT MAYBE A LITTLE FLATTENED? IF ADDISON BOTH ADRENALS SHOULD BE FLATTENED, DOES SIZE HAS TO BE REALLY LESS THAN 0.3CM?

With Addison’s adrenal glands generally are small (< 0.3 cm) and appear flattened but a normal appearance of the glands does not rule out Addisons and would recommend a basal cortisol ± ACTH stimulation test. Amylase/lipase not great for diagnosing pancreatitis. Quantitative cPL or PSL far superior.
