Resorbing fetus?

3 yr FI Italian Greyhound being evaluated for elevated ALT and AST.

Pet was bred on Sept 15th. No clinical signs or illness reported.

Wellness blood work was performed.

Liver unremarkable on ultrasound. This structure was found which appears to be in the left uterine horn. It could be traced from uterine body. No blood flow was detected on color doppler.

Yes nice image set this is typical for resorbing fetus I would recheck it in a couple weeks to ensure resolution and watch for any signs of infection or cover wiht clavamox or similar. If the liver looked normal reactive hepatopathy occurs with uterine pathology.
