Sampling intestinal masses, where do I target?

The diagnostic portion is hypoechoic. Neoplastic cells have more water content than normal cells so most diagnostic tissue is hypoechoic especially in this suspected intestinal lymphoma case.

The arrow shows the most appropriate region to sample if the needle comes in from the right side of the probe with the probe marker oriented toward the head the needle will come in from the right – needle entering opposite the probe marker.
