Looks very indicative of
Looks very indicative of hepatic carcinoma but would do FNA cytology. Although unlikley, hepato-cutaneous syndrome should be considered if there are skin lesions, especially of the feet.

Hello Eric, would you consider cystic biliary adenoma in your list of differentials? Considering the hyperechoic areas could be enhanced by the fluid content of the cysts?

Biliary cystadenomas in my
Biliary cystadenomas in my experience tend to be relatively contained and have a lot less distruption of parenchymal architecture. Biliary Adenocarcinoma yes for sure as you can see this mass just grows wihtout criteria cyst here and there and ill defined margins. Cystadenomas kinda do there thing in their own space and are slowly expansive and usually isolated if that makes sense.
Cirrhosis can do this too but this seems a bit too aggressive for that.
