Slight degenerative mitral valve disease (DMVD), mild mitral insufficiency, no sign of dilated (drug induced) cardiomyopathy. I would repeat the scan before the next Doxorubicin infusion.
On these clips and images I can see a normal (not volume ore pressure overloaded) left and right ventricle, normal atria and a mildly thickened mitral valve, the anterior leaflet slightly prolapsing into the left atrium. There is some slight mitral insufficiency present. Flows across the RVOT and LVOT seem to be normal in terms of velocity and without any turbulence.
Is it relevant what the Doxyrubicin treating?
Drug-induced dilated cardiomyopathy, dilated cardiomyopathy exacerbated by doxorubicin
